30 DAY GUARANTEE: All work done by wydraTEK LLC is guaranteed for 30 days after the initial billing date. This guarantee does not cover
any parts that were purchased. All products purchased are covered under the warranty of the manufacturer.

NO REFUNDS: No refunds or credits will be issued after the completion of service(s) or the purchase of goods by wydraTEK LLC, except in
rare cases where the client receives an incorrect service or product from a wydraTEK LLC employee.
PAYMENT DUE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF COMPLETION OF JOB: Acceptable forms of payment are cash or check. Please make all checks payable to
wydraTEK LLC and mail to the address on your invoice. wydraTEK LLC has the right to issue a late fee at a rate of 10% per week beginning 30 days after the
date on the invoice.
AGREE TO RISK OF DATA LOSS: wydraTEK LLC team members are very cautious when backing up and restoring computer data. It is advised,
however,that before wydraTEK LLC begins work on a computer that the user make his/her own backup. In rare circumstances data loss may occur and if so,
wydraTEK LLC or its employees cannot be held accountable for the losses incurred.
DATA HANDLING: Data will NOT be transferred or stored
without prior permission from the owner.
REMOTE ASSISTANCE: You (the client) give wydraTEK LLC and
its employees permission to access your computer(s) remotely over the
internet. This will ONLY be done if permission is given in advance.
CHANGES: These terms and conditions may be changed at any time and are always available at http://www.wydratek.com.
